Robin Grammer Jr. has represented District 6 in southeast Baltimore County in the Maryland House of Delegates since January 2015. A member of the Maryland Freedom Caucus, he serves on the Judiciary Committee and previously sat on Appropriations (2015–18). Born in Essex on June 19, 1980, Grammer earned an A.A. in computer science from the Community College of Baltimore County and worked as a steelworker before entering public service.
