Kathy Szeliga serves as Vice-Chair of the Maryland Freedom Caucus and has represented Baltimore County in the Maryland House of Delegates since 2011. She previously served as House Minority Whip, becoming the highest-ranking Republican woman in the legislature. A former teacher and small business owner, Szeliga has championed issues such as education reform, parental rights, and government accountability. She is active in her local community and lives in Baltimore County with her husband, Mark, and their family.
