Ryan Nawrocki has represented District 7A in the Maryland House of Delegates since January 2023 and is a member of the Maryland Freedom Caucus. He serves on the Environment & Transportation Committee and its subcommittees for Housing & Real Property and Land Use & Ethics.
A lifelong Baltimore County resident, Nawrocki earned a B.A. in political science, public policy, economics, and sociology from St. Mary’s College in 2006 and an M.P.A. from Johns Hopkins in 2017. Before office, he held communications roles in public agencies, Congress, and health care, and founded his own communications firm and a medical‑wellness business.
He lives in Middle River with his wife Lauren and their six children, and is active in local civic organizations including the Knights of Columbus, Sons of the American Legion, and volunteer fire & rescue
